New York Traffic Courts

Description:

The Court is located in the Town Hall at 812 Route 203, Spencertown, New York. This is a high volume traffic court due to the number of speeding tickets issued to motorists on the Taconic State Parkway. The Columbia County District Attorney?s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers and the Columbia County Sheriff?s Department. This Court requires Attorneys to appear as the Court does not allow plea negotiations by mail.
