This court appears to be busier in the summer months when vacationers travel to Saratoga for thoroughbred horse racing and concerts at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC). The Saratoga County District Attorney?s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers.
