New York Traffic Courts

Description:

This is a higher volume traffic court due to the number of speeding tickets issued to motorists on the Adirondack Northway (Interstate 87). Many of the speeding ticket violations occur in the area of the Thadeus Kosciuko Bridge where the speed limit decreases from 65 mph to 55 mph. The Court is located in the Halfmoon Municipal Complex. The Saratoga County District Attorney prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers.
